Our non tracked European international delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
The package may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other changes as a result of local legislation or customs once the package reaches its destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We’re afraid we have no control over and cannot take responsibility for local customs charges. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS
Changed your mind about the product? No problem, send it back as long as it’s unopened. Get in touch with us before you send any products back.
All returns are at the customers expense.
If an item you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within 14 days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Quote your name and order number when emailing info.lilybee@gmail.com. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered or send you a refund.
Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
Damaged or faulty items
We try our best to guarantee that our products are adequately wrapped so that they can make it to you without breaking, however because we must rely on outside organizations to deliver your goods, breakages do unfortunately occasionally occur.
You will be required to confirm that the package has arrived with you in great shape, so please make sure to thoroughly inspect your things for damage at the point of delivery and notify the courier if you are dissatisfied with the quality.
