To make 1 cup of tea with dried leaves use 1 scoop of tea and 240ml of boiling water. Add to diffuser or teapot and steep for a few minutes. You can add raw honey, cinnamon, or a lemon wedge to adjust for personal taste.

I have suffered from dermatitis for a number of years now and I have tried so many different prescribed emollients and expensive moisturisers which have had little effect.
