Lemongrass contains essential oils and micronutrients that support a healthy immune system.
To make 1 cup of tea with dried leaves use 1 scoop of tea and 240ml of boiling water. Add to diffuser or teapot and steep for a few minutes. You can add raw honey, cinnamon, or a lemon wedge to adjust for personal taste.

I have suffered from dermatitis for a number of years now and I have tried so many different prescribed emollients and expensive moisturisers which have had little effect. I tried The Facial Oil and Marine Collagen Rejuvenating Cream, which has made a significant improvement to the condition of my skin. This is one of the best moisturisers I have ever used. The texture is lovely, it doesn’t irritate my skin in the slightest and very moisturising.
